I was denied by another charity for having a Part D. Due to the cost of my medication, I thought that I was going to have to go without it. A drug rep informed me of the HealthWell Foundation and the support they offer. Although I applied late in the new year, the HealthWell Foundation came to my rescue and provided the funds needed for me to continue with my therapy.

I am, and will be always be, grateful to the HealthWell Foundation, its members, and their contributors for the help they have provided.
