Health well foundation is a life line for me my cholesterol was extremely high and i was unable
to tolerate other statins I was advised by my physician to use REPATHA UNFORTUNATELY I
could not afford the price reached out to Health well for help they recommend that I filled
out and application and I qualified for help. My cholesterol is much lower and tolerate the
med much better. Health well is a needed foundation and I ask that all who can please keep
this foundation going.
